Building healthy Scarborough communities since 2019

Scarborough Zero Waste is a grassroots organization bringing Scarborough residents together while inspiring and facilitating waste reduction initiatives among individuals, community groups, events and businesses. 

Scarborough Zero Waste started with our neighbourhood cleanup events. The group eventually grew into an active network encouraging businesses and institutions to reduce their waste. We are helping people to implement the system and promote waste literacy by holding events and workshops.
